The evacuation work is continuing this morning, a 400‑metre safety cordon remains in place.

The Evacuation Centre at Southway Youth and Community Centre remains open – with colleagues from Plymouth City Council, Plymouth Community Homes and the Southway Community Group helping those who have evacuated.

If you are being asked to leave your home, please go to the centre for support (and a cup of tea).  You can even bring your pets!
